Oppo has been very active over the last few days. Just this month, the Chinese company unveiled several mid-range smartphones – Oppo A12 , Oppo A92s, Oppo Ace2, Oppo Find X2 Neo and Lite which feature a mix of old and new design and hardware.
The smartphone announced today is the Oppo A52. This is a mid-range device that despite its already outdated processor, can be successful in the market thanks to its cheap price tag.
The OPPO A52 features a 6.5 inch 20: 9 LCD panel with Full HD + resolution (2400×1080) and a quad setup cameras at the rear panel. On the front is a the selfie snapper is housed in a hole punched in the display.

Unfortunately, the Oppo A52 comes equipped with an old Snapdragon 665 processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage with support for expansion via MicroSD. The Snapdragon 665 was launched back in early 2019 and the there are better performing chipsets from several companies currently in the market.
At the rear, we find the configuration of four cameras housed in a L-shaped module with a 12 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor and two 2 MP modules – one for macro photography and one for capturing depth.
For selfies, there is a punch hole camera located on the left corner of the display with a resolution of 8 Megapixels.The phone’s huge 5,000 mAh battery supports 18W charging.
As for the software, Oppo A52 runs on ColorOS 7.1 on top of Android 10. The device comes in black and blue colors.
Oppo A52 Price in Nepal
Oppo A52 has been launched in Nepali market at a price tag of Rs 29,990 for a 4 GB RAM with 128 GB internal storage variant.
Similarly, the pricing is once again inflated just like the Oppo A31. In this case, Redmi Note 9 Pro would be much better option instead. At almost same pricing, the Redmi Note 9 Pro offers Snapdragon processor, 6GB RAM and quad setup camera.
