Unisoc has unveiled its latest 5G-enabled System on Chip (SoC), the Unisoc T760, designed for budget-range smartphones.

Unisoc T760 Specifications

– Manufacturing Process: 6nm EUV
– CPU: Octa-core with four Cortex-A76 cores for high performance and four Cortex-A55 cores for power efficiency
– GPU: ARM Mali-G57 MC4 for enhanced graphics and gaming performance

AI and Performance

– Neural Processing Unit (NPU): Capable of 3.2 TOPS, enhancing AI features such as facial recognition and camera functionality
– Benchmark: Achieves an average AnTuTu V10 score of 510,000

Display and Camera

– Display Support: Full HD+ resolution at 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ displays at 60Hz
– Camera Support: Up to 64MP sensors and quad-camera setups, optimized by Unisoc’s Vivimagic 6.0 imaging engine and Acutelogic 3A technology for superior photo and video quality

– Power Consumption: 37% reduction during 5G data use and an 18% reduction in 5G standby, leading to improved battery life

Availability

The Unisoc T760 will soon be featured in budget smartphones available in India, expanding options for cost-effective 5G devices. Already powering models like the Nubia Mavericks 5G and Coolpad COOL 60 in China, it is expected to be included in upcoming HMD smartphones as well.
