LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B: Monitor with Dual Mode Resolution and Refresh Rate

LG has just launched a new, innovative OLED monitor in Europe: the LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B. This unique monitor features a Dual-Mode OLED panel, capable of operating at two different resolutions with two distinct refresh rates.
LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B Specifications:
The UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B boasts a 31.5-inch display with a native 4K resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels and a refresh rate of 240 Hz. The monitor can also switch to a 1080p resolution with an impressive refresh rate of 480 Hz and a 0.03 ms GtG refresh rate.
The monitor offers 98.5% DCI-P3 color space coverage and 275 nits of brightness, which can reach up to 400 nits when viewing HDR content. The design features super-thin bezels around the display, and the stand takes up minimal space, providing height adjustability as well as tilt, turn, and pivot options. The stand also includes a cutout for neat cable management.
For connectivity, the monitor includes a DisplayPort 1.4 (DSC), two HDMI 2.1 (48 Gbps) ports, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a single USB Type-B port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Additional features include Vesa AdaptiveSync, Nvidia G-SYNC, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro.

The LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UX-B is now available in several European markets, including Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, with a price tag of approximately €1,399.
In related news, ASUS has also unveiled the ROG Strix XG27UCG, which features dual-mode technology. However, the Strix XG27UCG uses a 4K LCD panel with a 160 Hz refresh rate, which can be switched to a 1080p display at 320 Hz.
