Paramount Motors Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of MG Motors in Nepal, has made public the much awaited car MG Hector. The company unveiled the facelift version of Hector 2021 model at its Naxal showroom on Thursday.
Hector is already known in India for its security, style and functionality. For the first time in the SUV category, bold front chrome grille projector headlamps and stylish R17 silver alloy electric, sunroof, push button start, electric parking, brakes, 26.4 cm HD touchscreen system and many more are the key features that the Hector has set as benchmark .
Compared to other variants of SUV, it is suitable for Nepali roads and traffic, the company said. This SUV made in India is available in all dealerships in Nepal.
The MG Hector model is offered in three variants that include Shine, Smart and Sharp.
The new 2021 MG Hector facelift has the same 1.5-liter petrol engine, 1.5-liter petrol-hybrid engine, and 2.0-liter diesel engine options as the previous model. Six-speed manual is normal, but DCT and CVT are only available with the gasoline engine.
In addition to a new grille, new alloy wheels, and a reworked front bumper, the MG Hector facelift also gets a new rear profile. There is now a dual-tone beige and black upholstery, ventilated front seats and wireless charging in the model’s interior.
Every other vehicle in its class is dwarfed by the MG Hector. The Hector’s stance is improved with the addition of new 18-inch wheels in the 2021 facelift. In addition to the split LED DRL and headlamps, chrome is used liberally to ensure that the Hector is a show-stopper.

According to the company, MG Hector is the most awaited SUV in Nepal. The company claims that MG Hector’s design and smart features meet customer expectations.
An agreement was also signed between Jonta Club of Kathmandu and Paramount Motors for the event. Paramount has donated Rs 1 million to the Jont Club under its social responsibility.
The Joint Club of Kathmandu will launch a campaign to raise voice against domestic violence, violence in the workplace, violence in public places and child marriage.

The 1.5-liter turbocharged intercooled engine is available in both Hector MT and CVT variants. The price of Hector MT starts at 59.99 Lakhs while the price of Hector CVT models starts at 64.99 Lakh.
