Vivo today unveiled the all-new Vivo V11 & V11 Pro in Nepal. The most dominant factor of today’s launch was that the Pro variant is the first ever smartphone in Nepal that has In-Display Fingerprint Scanning technology.
The new addition to the Vivo V series comes with an AI camera that helps users capture the picture-perfect moment in any scenario. Both the V11 & V11 Pro feature key design breakthroughs, with the new Halo FullView Display enclosed within a curved 3D body. You get to choose from two colors – Starry Night and Nebula fusion.
The V11 Pro is the successor to the Vivo V9 launched last year and is in direct competition to Oppo’s latest launch, the Oppo F9 Pro.

After launching the Vivo NEX and Vivo Y83 last month, the company has now launched the V11 Pro and V11 in Nepal.
The price of the V11 Pro is set at Rs.49,490 while that of the cheaper counterpart V11 is priced at Rs. 39,990 in the Nepali market.
Vivo V11 Pro with Snapdragon 660
Vivo V11 Pro is the company’s first smartphone with a new style of the notch that is called as a Halo Full View Display. You get a large 6.4-inch super amoled screen in 19.5:9 aspect ratio. This is also the first smartphone in the V series to come with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Hardware specifications include an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage and a 3,400mAh battery.
It has dual nano SIM slots, dedicated microSD slot for storage expansion and has microUSB port with fast charge capability.
The smartphone features a dual rear camera setup – 12MP + 5MP with AI dual pixel technology, f1.8 aperture and LED flash. On the front, it has a 25MP selfie camera with AI capabilities. The camera has built-in Google Lens, HDR mode, Ai face beauty and AR stickers.
On the software side, the V11 Pro runs the latest Funtouch OS v4.5 based on Android 8.1. It has a bike mode, face unlock (infrared), navigation gesture support, smart motion gestures, one hand mode, and app clone. The V11 Pro also comes with Jovi – Vivo’s AI assistant that comes on the Vivo NEX.
The Vivo V11 Pro is priced at NRs.49,490 and will be available in two colours – Nebula,Dazzling Gold and Starry Night.

Vivo V11 with Mediatek Helio P60
Vivo V11 has a 6.3-inch screen with the same Halo FullView Display, HD+ screen with a 2280×1080 resolution and a 19.5:9 display aspect ratio. The handset sports an essential phone like notch that takes up minimal space on the top of the display as there is only a camera sensor housed inside.
The ultra-thin 1.76mm side bezels, paired with the 3D curved body design blends the edges of the phone into the display, creating an immersive viewing experience that fits perfectly in your hand.
The Vivo V11 features a more compact design as compared to its predecessor. It’s powered by a Mediatek MTK Helio P60 SoC and comes with 4GB RAM, coupled with 128GB of internal storage.
Like its big brother , the V11 packs an equally impressive setup of 16MP + 5MP Dual Rear Cameras and the same 25MP AI Camera on the front. The 16MP Rear Camera boasts Dual Pixel Sensors with 24 million photosensitive units for higher light sensitivity and DSLR-standard Dual-Pixel Autofocus technology that can lock focus in just 0.03 seconds.
The V11 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and is backed by a 3315 mAh battery that will reportedly support company’s yet to be announced updated fast charging technology.
The accuracy of Face Access has also been enhanced using infrared light in V11 & V11 Pro, which now accurately scans 1,024 facial feature points to unlock instantly, even in the dark.
